This doorway pull up trainer with dip bar is our upgraded version of metal bar for pull up. Based on traditional design, we add a dip station to support more exercise methods. The product is made of heavy duty carbon steel tube so that it's durable and safe. We use high density foam. It's soft, comfortable and sweat absorbing. There's no screws for installation. The soft pad will protect your door frame from being damaged.

With this doorway chin up bar with dip station, you can exercise your chest, arms, legs, abdomen and other muscles at home. It saves much time and money for you!
